How Does It Work?
Weekly In-Person or Online Coachings
For 3 months, we will meet in an hour that fits your schedule every week, in person (if we are in the same area) or over Zoom. This is the time you’ve carved out to work with me on really digging deep – and I’ll be there with you every step of the way.
Personalized Support via Email/Messaging
I am available to you between sessions via messaging apps to support you with whatever you need. Whether you have a quick question, need a boost of encouragement, or want to share a win, I’m just a message away.
